President's
Corner:
Is it
Feasible?
Definition of Feasibility Studies: A feasibility study looks at the viability of an idea with an emphasis on identifying potential problems and
attempts to answer one main question: Will the idea work and should you
proceed with it?
-Lahle Wolfe, About.com
Nobel Prize winner Linus Pauling once said, “The best way to have a good idea is to have lots of
ideas. The best way to get a good idea is to get a lot of ideas.” In order to determine the best solution for a given space, we
recommend hiring an architect. Tenant spaces ranging from 1,000 to 50,000 SF or more, require attention and space planning. Architects
assess the needs of the client or tenant to lay out a floor plan or multiple floor plans to determine the feasibility of the proposed use in
that particular space or building.

The Schimberg Group was hired by the
developer to determine the feasibility of a proposed urban market grocery store in a 30,000 SF shell space of a multi-use project in Puerto
Rico. The Schimberg Group assembled a team including engineers and urban planners. The resulting documentation was used for marketing
purposes and continuous progression of the project.

We look forward to working with you to create architectural solutions that exceed
your expectations.
