a smooth one. There are no broad highways to lead us easily and inevitably to quick solutions. We must keep going.’

This issue is a pep
talk. We encourage companies, no matter what type or field, to continue to be creative and strive to not get caught sitting at your desk,
waiting for something to happen. Create relationships that may not be obvious. Stay in front of people, whether physically or
virtually. Keep going and don’t stop, even if it seems there’s nothing left. There are needles in haystacks and we are
finding them. Stay positive and keep pushing forward. It can actually be fun.
